Until the Home Buying and Selling Council is incorporated as a Community Interest Company (CIC), Designs on Property Ltd (Company No. 05294873) acts as the data controller for all personal data collected via this website.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
When the HBSC CIC is established, data controllership arrangements will be reviewed and this Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary.

Purpose: to operate the community and moderate content in line with our rules.

Purpose: to secure our Website, improve content, and measure performance.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (website operation, security, improvements). -

Purpose: to send HBSC news, resources, and event updates that may interest you.
Lawful basis: Consent (where required by PECR) or legitimate interests (B2B context), with the ability to opt out at any time.
We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
